BRIEF TERMS & CONDITIONS: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, who own their own dated brick home. Commences at 9am on September 23rd 2024 ends 11.59pm Sunday, October 27th 2024. The winner will win: An onsite design consultation with Julian Brenchley, valued at approximately $5,000; James Hardie Architectural Collection cladding to undertake the redesign, up to a value of $10,000, delivered to the winner’s home; and a $20,000 prepaid digital Visa debit card to be used at the winner’s discretion. The Prize is valued at up to a total RRP of $60,000. All eligible entries will be displayed to the public at https://www.jameshardie.com.au/the-block2024 and voting buttons will be available. The public shall vote for the entry photo which they consider depicts the dated brick house which would most benefit from a façade re-design. Entrants are not able to vote for their own entry. Each voter may submit up to 5 votes per day. Winner will be announced on James Hardie AU social media channels on Wednesday, November 20th 2024.
