BRIEF TERMS & CONDITIONS: Open to 18-year-old residents of Australia who own (or jointly own) a residential property in SA, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales or South East Queensland. Commences on the 7th of October 2024 at 9am (AEDST) and concludes on the 16th of December 2024 at 5pm (AEDST). The major prize is valued at up to AU$20,000.00 (inclusive of applicable taxes) and is to be taken as Timberaul window or door products available in the range as at the 1st of October 2024. The value of this prize will include installation and delivery fees (i.e. the value of part of the $20,000 prize will have an installation and delivery fee component to cover these associated costs). The draw will take place at 2.00pm AEDST on the 19th of December 2024 at Communicado, Level 1/554 High Street Prahran, Vic. The winner will be notified by email and phone within five working days of the draw date, and their first initial, surname, and postcode will be published on the Website on the 23rd of December 2024.
